The Rx.com Mod Team has created this Service Play sub-forum in order to supply an area for Rx Service Play Posters to expand upon their posting topics without creating a logjam in the main forum where the three principle threads are maintained..

Posters can track services here if they care to but we will need any trackers to do so in an accurate and civil manner. We did not create this area for posters to ridicule or bash any services..

You can also discuss who is hot and who is not. The general state of the pay for plays industry and any other subject or topic related to service plays.

You can also create individual threads about specific services and discuss them freely but civilly. Again bashing and abusive treatment of any services will not be tolerated.

Please remember, this forum is not here for regular posters who cap their own games to post ther daily plays. Please use our individual sport forums to post your plays. Professional cappers (those that sell plays) must remain in the Site Promotion Forum.

The Rx.com will not tolerate posters that post false records of any services they track. Please be truthful if you decide to track a particular service.

Lastly The Rx Moderators are appealing to you our everyday posters to report any promotional threads or posts that are made by services or individual touts. No links or contact information to an individual service will be allowed. Just the name of the service. Please report any threads or posts that are promotional attempts by services and touts to use this forum to promote themselves..

Posters can easily report a promotional post by using the triangular Report-a-Post Icon at the bottom left of all post boxes. The poster name of any poster who reports a post that is out of line will be kept strictly confidential.

I will leave this thread open for a month to take questions and do my best to answer them. I will check in daily but am off on Wednesday and Thursday.

I hope this additional Service Play Forum will satisfy those posters that would like to widen the scope of topics relating to service plays and the industry in general to have their own threads. Mods will be liberal as possible regarding topics but this forum was specifically created to allow you more freedom to express your ideas regarding service plays and related subject matter. No off topic threads will be allowed.

Thank you, wilheim

New Hampshire Wildcats @ Delaware Blue Hens (-6.5, 40)

Facts & Figures: Site: Tubby Raymond Field at Delaware Stadium (22,000) - Newark, Delaware. Surface: FieldTurf. Television: ESPN 2. Announcers: Pam Ward, Danny Kanell. Home Record: New Hampshire 4-1; Delaware 7-1. Away Record: New Hampshire 3-3; Delaware 3-1. Neutral Record: New Hampshire 1-0; Delaware 0-0. Series Record: Delaware (19-10-1). Last Meeting: October 6, 2007 (New Hampshire, 35-30 at New Hampshire). Series Streak: New Hampshire has won the last three meetings. Conference: New Hampshire - Colonial Athletic Association; Delaware - Colonial Athletic Association. Nicknames: New Hampshire Wildcats; Delaware Blue Hens. The Sports Network/Fathead.com Ranking: New Hampshire (11); Delaware (5). Head Coaches: New Hampshire - Sean McDonnell (88-57 at New Hampshire and Overall); Delaware - K.C. Keeler (72-41 at Delaware, 160-62-1 Overall). All-Time Record: New Hampshire (522-329-55); Delaware - (649-414-44). Playoff Records: New Hampshire (6-8); Delaware (20-13). Previous FCS Playoff Appearances: New Hampshire 8 (1991, 94, 2004-09); Delaware 14 (1981-82, 86, 88, 91-93, 95-97, 2000, 03-04, 07).

What to know: New Hampshire advanced to the quarterfinals with a 45-20 victory over Bethune-Cookman last Saturday in Daytona Beach, Fla.

Quarterback Kevin Decker, making his first start of season in place of the injured R.J. Toman, completed 23-of-35 passes for 289 yards and three second- half touchdowns.

With the score tied 14-14 at halftime, the Wildcats erupted for 21 third- quarter points. Terrance Fox, Chris Chandler and Joey Orlando each had touchdown receptions in the decisive quarter.

Linebacker Matt Evans paced the UNH defense with 10 tackles. His 145 tackles on the season lead the CAA and are the second-most in UNH single-season history. Defensive end Brian McNally recorded 2.5 sacks, giving him 11.5 for the season, which ties a UNH single-season record.

The defense now has 33 sacks on the season. The unit averages 2.67 sacks per game (No. 17 FCS) and has recorded 34 takeaways (tied No. 3 FCS). Cornerback Dino Vasso leads the team with six interceptions and Evans has forced three fumbles.

Of main concern entering the Wildcats' matchup with Delaware is the health of Toman. Decker is still penciled in as the starter, but it is likely that Toman, who is nursing a sprained ankle, will be ready to go. Also of concern is the health of running back Dontra Peters, who is hampered by a foot sprain. Peters played against Bethune-Cookman, but gained only 19 yards on six carries, had one catch for 27 yards and also failed to score. He is said to be at about 75 to 80 percent.

Delaware, which has advanced to the quarterfinals for the fourth time in nine seasons under head coach K.C. Keeler, did so last week with a 42-20 win over Patriot League champion Lehigh.

Lehigh held a 14-13 lead at the half, but, just like New Hampshire, Delaware reeled off 21 third-quarter points to seal the victory.

Pat Devlin recorded his fourth straight 200-yard passing game as he threw for 256 yards and completed touchdown passes to four different receiver in the win. Mark Schenauer led the Blue Hens with a career-high 113 receiving yards and a touchdown. Tim Crosby added 69 receiving yards and a score.

Running back Andrew Pierce continued his stellar freshman campaign, running for 88 yards and a touchdown. He was spelled by David Hayes, who also scored a rushing touchdown to go with his 74 yards on the ground.

The defense allowed a career day from Lehigh quarterback Chris Lum, who completed 35-of-58 passes for 362 yards and two touchdowns. However, the unit played well when necessary, holding Lehigh to just seven second-half points. Cornerback Anthony Walters recorded two interceptions.

On the season, the Blue Hens' defense is ranked No. 1 in the nation in points allowed (12.33), No. 8 in rushing (99.6 ypg) and No. 5 in total defense (278.08 ypg).

While the UNH defense is founded on pressure and big plays, the Delaware defense relies on solid principles: team tackling and execution (the Blue Hens are averaging only one sack per game), but both defenses are incredibly successful in their own right.

Delaware seems to have a counter for the big-play capabilities of the Wildcats' defense. Devlin ranks No. 2 in the nation is passing efficiency (156.2 rating) and, more importantly, has thrown just two interceptions this season. Running back Andrew Pierce offers a counter to the Wildcats' uphill line play. His ability to gash a defense may keep the UNH line honest long enough to allow Devlin to find the open man.

Throw in the Toman and Peters injuries, along with the Blue Hens' home field advantage, and this matchup favors Delaware.

Pick: Delaware Blue Hens 23-17

PICK 'N' ROLL

Friday's Best NBA Bets

Atlanta Hawks at San Antonio Spurs (-8, 196)

It’s been 166 months since the Hawks last won in the Lone Star State against the Spurs. And things don’t look to be improving anytime soon.

The streak, which started in February of 1997, includes plenty of lopsided wins. Last year, the Spurs posted a 105-90 victory in Texas, behind forward Tim Duncan, who had 21 points, 27 rebounds and six assists. And if the Hawks find a way to contain Duncan on Friday night, it still must contend with the team’s dynamic guards in Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker.

The Hawks are using a starting lineup with Mike Bibby, Marvin Williams, Josh Smith, Al Horford and Jason Collins due to an injury to All-Star guard Joe Johnson and an illness for forward Zaza Pachulia. That greatly effects the team’s depth and will hamper its ability to close out on shooters with such a bulky starting five. It may be able to shut down Duncan, but stopping the pick-and-roll he runs with Ginobili and Parker will be a whole different issue.

Atlanta may be better than it was 13 years ago. But it still isn’t good enough to win in San Antonio.

Pick: San Antonio Spurs

New York Knicks at Washington Wizards (N/A)

Quick, who leads the NBA in road wins? That’s right, the Knicks. New York has an NBA-high 9 road wins in 13 away games this season, proving that the team doesn't need friendly home rims to execute its high-octane attack.

Overall, the team has won six straight and is surging because of its ability to beat the teams it should. Mix in an 8-point road win at New Orleans and the Knicks look like a squad that can make some noise in the Eastern Conference. They key for the team has been the outstanding play of free-agent acquisitions Raymond Felton and Amar’e Stoudemire. Felton is averaging 18.6 points, 8.6 assists and 3.9 rebounds per game and Stoudemire has been even better, throwing up 25.7 points and 9.1 boards per night.

Together, the duo is averaging more combined points than any other newly acquired set of teammates in the NBA. Even LeBron James and Chris Bosh in South Beach.

The Wizards would love to run against New York with guards Gilbert Arenas, Kirk Hinrich and rookie John Wall, if he is healthy enough to play. But there will be no answer for Stoudemire inside, as the Knicks will pound the ball down low for a big win.

Pick: New York Knicks

Friday's Best NHL Bets

Montreal Canadiens at Detroit Red Wings (-151, 5.5)

When the Canadiens traded playoff hero Jaroslav Halak to the St. Louis Blues this offseason, opting to stick with goaltender Carey Price despite Halak’s promising postseason, hockey fans in Montreal were not happy.

However, Price is making believers out of those doubters, allowing just one goal in each of his last three starts and leading the Habs to three straight wins in the process. Price turned away 28 shots in Montreal’s 4-1 win over the Ottawa Senators Tuesday night, improving his record to 17-7-2 with a 1.92 GAA on the year.

"He's played extremely well since the beginning of the season," head coach Jacques Martin told reporters of Price’s play. "He's given us a chance to win every night. He's confident, but I like how he's been even-keel since the beginning. He doesn't get too high with wins or too low with losses. He's really worked at his game and really done a good job with his teammates."

Price is getting past his inconsistent skids that have plagued his time with the Canadiens. In his last appearance against the Red Wings, Price was on the wrong end of a goaltending battle with Detroit’s Jimmy Howard. He turned away 32 of 34 shots but couldn’t come through in the shootout, losing 3-2 on November 21, 2009.

Detroit has struggled to find the back of the net in recent games. It’s scored just two goals in each of its last three outings, going 0-3 in that stretch. Goals will be even harder to come by against a red-hot Price.

Pick: Montreal Canadiens +139

Tampa Bay Lightning at Edmonton Oilers (+111, 5.5)

Lightning center Steve Stamkos was on a torrid pace to start the season, netting 21 goals in his first 22 games of the schedule. But, what goes up must come down. And when you were as high up as Stamkos was, the way down is a long, long fall.

The third-year star has gone six games without scoring a goal and has recorded just two assists in that span. Tampa Bay has felt Stamkos’ cold streak, going just 2-4 during that six-game stretch.

"You want to contribute, especially when you don't win," Stamkos told the St. Petersburg Times. "It's on my part. I have to work even harder now that the bounces aren't going my way."

The Lightning, who rank ninth in scoring in the NHL, are averaging just one and a half goals over those four losses, including a 4-2 loss to the Calgary Flames Tuesday in which Stamkos registering only four shots.

"People are saying I am," Stamkos said when asked if he thought he was in a slump. "You have to be realistic. You're not going to get a point every game. … The chances are there. I'm working hard every night, so, for me, it's not a slump."

Bettors who have been torched by Stamkos’ lack of production may think otherwise. Edmonton has won the past two meetings with Tampa Bay and is victorious in four of its last five outings.

Pick: Edmonton Oilers +111

Bettors' Best Friend (BBF): Friday's Wagering Tips

Who's Hot

NBA: Washington Wizards have seen the over hit in 9 of their past 10 games.

NBA: Utah Jazz are 7-3 ATS in their past 10 overall.

NHL: Detroit Red Wings have seen the over hit in 20 of their past 26 home games.

NHL: Atlanta Thrashers are 8-1 in their past 9 overall.

NCAAB: Iowa State Cyclones are 8-3-1 ATS in their past 12 games overall.

Who’s Not

NBA: Los Angeles Lakers are 1-7 ATS in their past 8 overall.

NBA: Milwaukee Bucks are 1-9-2 ATS in their past 12 overall.

NHL: Calgary Flames are 2-7 in their past 9 road games.

NHL: New Jersey Devils have seen the under hit in 8 of their past 10 games overall.

NCAAB: Michigan Wolverines have seen the under go 13-3-1 in their past 17 home games.

Key Stat

0 -- Wins this season for the Pistons against a team with a winning record. Detroit is 0-11 against teams above .500. The Wizards (0-10) and Kings (0-7) also have failed to beat a team with a winning record this season.

Injury That Shouldn’t Be Overlooked

The Green Bay Packers are expecting left tackle Chad Clifton to play through a concussion at the Detroit Lions on Sunday. Clifton is the anchor of an offensive line that has coughed up 25 sacks this season, the ninth-most in the league. Losing him for any extended period of time could make quarterback Aaron Rodgers an easy target and it difficult to cover a 7-point spread.

Game Of The Day

Los Angeles Lakers at Chicago Bulls (PK, 200)

Notable Quotable

“New England is the best team in the NFL, record-wise. But I feel like we’re the best team, period. That’s why I say record-wise. They have the best quarterback, numbers-wise. And everybody likes to go by numbers, right? When we played Philly, everybody was saying they were the best, right? It’s the same situation, and hopefully the same result.” – Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher on facing Tom Brady and the Patriots.

Tips And Notes

The Giants offense could be nearing full strength against the Vikings this weekend. Starting receivers Steve Smith and Hakeem Nicks both were participants in practice on Thursday, as was Ahmad Bradshaw. The running back is nursing wrist and ankle injuries but should be ready to go for the game. The Giants are three-point underdogs in Minnesota.

The Cleveland Cavaliers are sticking with their new lineup that almost upset the Chicago Bulls earlier this week. Coach Byron Scott started a lineup of Anthony Parker, Antawn Jamison, Anderson Varejao, Daniel Gibson and Mo Williams against the Bulls, benching J.J. Hickson, Jamario Moon and handing Ramon Sessions a DNP-CD. It might be great, it might be a disaster, but Scott is sticking with this new unit.

Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry has a sprained right ankle that could keep him sidelined until Christmas or longer. Curry is still awaiting results of an MRI, but the team has signed guard Acie Law and released forward Jeff Adrien. Curry, who is averaging 20.1 points and 5.6 assists this year, has sprained his right ankle four times this season. The Warriors have lost five straight games and 10 or 11.
